If you have not read it, you really need to check out "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" by Matthew Bracken. It is fiction, but it still an amzaing "Liberty" book.
The sequel, "Foreign Enemies" is also very good. The last book in the trilogy, "Domestic Enemies" should be out soon.
