just now on CNN there was a potester chanting "END THIS WAR" and completely interrupts during mccains foreign policy speech live on CNN. anyone gonna have a youtube of it? it was priceless.

There have been about 2 antiwar protestors interrupting his speech.
I thought the protester was chanting Endless War

McCain is implying military action against Iran, Syria, and North Korea.... As well as saying he will never surrender in Iraq.

McCain has no chance against a real anti-war candidate. Too bad the one real anti-war candidate has been sidelined.

McCain responded that he will never surrender in Iraq. I thought we already won!

at the 2004 GOP convention, there were people in the crowd heckling Bush on the war

the people were removed

what will happen this year?

Very unfortunate for people to act this way. Protesting the war is reasonable, disrupting a politicians speech is childish.

and the question is... how do we prevent this from happening at the convention? what we dont want is to make a bad rep for ourselves

Nonsense.

They have to be challanged and people must use their rights of free speech to protest in any way possible that is non violent.

Unfortunately, they aren't going leave Iraq no matter what the American people say, unless a lot more people are brave enough to speak out. The anti-war movement needs to be much bigger and much more vocal.

hahaha like Paul supporters don't have a bad reputation already? Please, it was the supporters that kept me skeptical about his candidacy in the first place until I actually took the time to watch some of his youtube videos. But I just hope that when people protest the war or one of McCain's speeches (which they have every right to do) they just keep it civil.

People need to start fighting back... until that point.. they will continue to run all over people.
You only have the rights you are willing to fight and die for...
they know that...

When people shouted down Paul and interrupted him in the debates....we did protest. And now your saying that's OK?
Using your free speech does not mean trying to shut someone else up by talking over them belligerentlly. I hope that's not what your suggesting.
JMann's point is well taken.
Dissent does not mean getting in someone's face and acting a fool. That's why so many think some in the anti war crowd are a bunch to hypocrites.
