DOW Jones has been declining in its true value since 1999. Its a steady trend toward disaster. The Y-axis on the right/lower is in Oz. of gold.

if the trend stays the same, in another 8 years, it'll be worth 4.5 ounces of gold.

I have a feeling things will reach a point where they'll accelerate though and it'll happen much quicker than shown here.

Peter Schiff says he thinks it'll be worth 1 ounce one day? Ouch.
