Foreigners are not allowed to donate. I think it would backfire if non-US people would try to give money to the US presidental candidates...

You can't donate to the campaign or buy anything from the campaign store. Same for RevPAC or any other PAC - it would be considered as influencing elections, and FEC considers that illegal.

You can buy Ron Paul merchandise from companies who donate some of their proceeds to Ron Paul, and you can support certain grassroots projects. "Volunteer Activity" is not illegal.

Well technically, I would think since youre not in USA jurisdiction, you could donate and donate as much as you want. Not sure if the laws prohibit them from being able to accept, but I dont think it could stop you from donating. I think you would do better to donate to the RevPac instead. Dont think it would be illegal for them to receive money from foreigners. Not 100% sure though.
