Do NGOs Want Over Flood Italy with African Migrants?

Once again NGOs ships have brought in more African Migrants to Italy dispute threats from gov, fines, bans bringing a number of mostly African Men into Italy,Lampedusa.
A lot of Italians are outraged that these NGOs are free to roam and bring African migrants without arresting the captains and crews.

Today
NGO the Alex a small yacht has brought in 41 African migrants into Italy mostly all men.
NGO Alan Kurdi along with open arms are now threatening to unload another 65 African men. And yes on the ship most if not the majority of those migrants onboard are all men.

Its almost as if they want over flood Italy and its small Islands with African migrants who might not be even fleeing from any danger and arent real Libyans.

NGO ships have ignored Italy's call to load migrants on Malta.

The captain of the Alex decided to leave international waters for Lampedusa's port because of the "intolerable hygienic conditions".
Matteo Salvini, Italy's interior minister, had vowed to block them.
Last year, he closed Italian ports to rescue ships and Italy has introduced fines for anyone sailing into its waters without permission.
The migrants on board the Alex, run by the Mediterranea charity, have not yet disembarked in Lampedusa.

Its clear someone is paying the NGOs to send all these African Men to Italy for whatever the reason and fleeing a war zone is not one of those.

"I saw that the German government wrote me a letter today asking to reopen the ports and to let all the migrants disembark," he said on a Facebook live stream. "No, no, no, absolutely not."

Its clear that the German has an anti Italian agenda. If the Germany gov cares so much about the African migrants why doesn't Italy just send them to Germany?
