more importantly Greenspan has said the same thing recently. We are screwed if he is admitting we are screwed.

Greenspan at least had some sort of conscience. Remember he was one of the founders of the modern libertarian movement. He also continually warned presidents and congress over his career that all he could do was temporary fixes to the problems they were causing.

The thing that pisses me off about Ron Paul and the economy is that when I pointed out to people months ago *cough Obama supporters cough* that the economy was in crisis they laughed at me made fun of Ron Paul and said it was just market fluctuations, hence it was a normal occurrence and nothing to be worried about it.

Now after it is plainly obvious to everyone that the economy is going down faster than Cookie Monster on a plate full of chocolate chip cookies I have the same Obama supporters telling me that they knew the economy was tanking months ago and that I am a jerk for trying to claim that I told them so.
