I bet he had several advisors and campaign staff that were begging to get out, didn't want to be associated with an embarrassing campaign of never winning a single state, and losing in Florida would have devastated his political influence and future there. The longer he stayed in, the more damage and resentment he would face in a future run, i.e. 2028. So, he finally did all the calculations for it to make sense in his head that continuing would be far worse than bowing out now. My prediction stands, Trump by double digits in every state.

I watched his latest speech. He does speak well. However this 2024 run was the biggest political blunder of his life. Never listen to TDS sufferers. They are too emotional.

I disagree, I don't think his 2028 chances are hurt much if at all. The Trump faithful will remember he bowed out early and kissed the ring. He probably made some good connections in Iowa that will help him next time.

I reallllllly don't want to deal with another onslaught of Trump shilling......but here we are. Another step closer to President Camacho and burrito coverin' shortages, though I can see how/why Haley could end up with the nomination. Female, Indian, UN Agenda2030 lackey, WEFster, warmonger CFR neocon, etc. She's actually a great fit for the nomination to keep the agenda rolling along. At this point I'd probably put money on her getting the nomination over Trump, especially if she beats him or finishes very close 2nd in NH and SC.

If that happens, it will be interesting to see if (and if so, how) the pro-Trump and/or anti-Haley factions end up finally cracking apart the GOP once and for all. (It's long overdue since it happened to the Whigs way back when.)

Nope. Suspending a campaign is not some kind of legally-binding promise. It's also been established by the courts (and correctly so, I think) that political parties can select/nominate their candidates in whatever way they damn well please.

Except the agenda has zero chance of rolling along. There was too much borrowing. These people are all in. They have to have someone who can put the new electron currency over.

They're playing to install Trump as Big Brother. How exactly they intend to do it I don't know, but Biden is a joke at this point and Haley certainly isn't serious competition. But I figure the 2020 steal was a setup to convince the gun toters to demand the end of the last shreds of the Constitution. So expect some kind of drama over it, whether another obvious steal or something else.
