[TD="align: left"]Year in and year out, Congressional approval ratings remain between 15-19%, voters frustrated with elected officials who can't govern because they don't have the first foggiest clue about the principles that keep a country free and her people prosperous.
It is, indeed, rare to see a candidate today who understands those ideals but Dwayne Stovall is absolutely that man. And his life gives evidence that he adheres to those ideals, in good times and bad. I am proud to add my name to the list of those endorsing his candidacy for U.S. Congress Texas District 36.
