It's clear since this campaign started that Trump is a loose canon who will say anything to get elected and seems fixated on being king of the United States (During the "reign" of Bush). He did not know what the nuclear Triad was, and in an interview with his campaign spokeswoman, she said "You shouldn't be afraid of using nukes."

Ouch. Ok, onto Cruz, "Mr. Constitutionalist." Says he's spent his entire legal career fighting for the Constitution. Yet, he is part of a Christian Dominionist Church, whose father said that Ted will be "anointed" to "Bring the spoils of war to the priests."

He seems to have a solid voting record in the Senate (except Audit the Fed, but you know, campaign is more important), but got to the Senate because of $1 million Goldman Sachs Loan.

Wife is/was Former Goldman Sachs executive and on CFR, chief author of North American "Community" (Union) plan.

I think those connections alone make me believe he is a trojan horse, and has made an appearance of being a conservative through his conservative voting record in the senate. Some have suggested he will usher in the NAU if elected.

It's hard to take him seriously with those connections. I love the picture someone created with Cruz holding a wad of cash and there's a caption reading "Thank you Goldman Sachs - With this money, I shall advance the cause of Liberty!"

So, in summary, which candidate scares you more if elected?

Can't decide, other than the fact that all of the other GOP candidates scare me as much or more.

Cruz probably has slightly better domestic policy, but dont forget about us getting backstabbed. Backstabbing a friend. Wont vote for cruz, but i wish him some luck

I honestly do not know.

I've actually began taking to the road of, who would force such a vile reaction from the American People, that the GOP would crumble, and we could rebuild.

I think that is Trump. He would be so toxic, that it might force revolution.

On the other hand, Cruz will not break the party, and he will be hailed as Reagan 2.0. But his policies will be antithetical to freedom in everyway...while pretending to represent us.

It's a choice between hard and soft tyranny. I prefer hard tyranny, because it's at least honest about it...and it's easy to fight it.

Soft Tyranny is a whole other beast. One too dangerous for any people to fight.

Tyranny is a fact. And the people no longer have the fortitude or means to fight it.

The whole damned thing scares me. Not any of the candidates - I'm used to that.

What scares me is that the populace has accepted this with cheers.

I'm not voting for either of them, but I'm going to give Cruz a slight edge in terms of being more scary. Technically speaking, Cruz has better rhetoric on domestic policy, but he's probably lying on that so I'd put him equal with Trump on that front. On foreign policy, Cruz's irrational fixation with Israel is where he proves to be a bit more scary. Not saying that Trump wouldn't be problematic in foreign policy given his own connections, but rhetorically speaking, Cruz's craziness is just a tad bit more unnerving.

Two men with mirrors and a wooden cross interrupted a campaign event in Raymond, New Hampshire to perform an exorcism on Ted Cruz on Monday, saying that the Republican presidential candidate was “possessed by a demon.”

Cruz only because he has the label of being the liberty candidate or at least leaning that way. So that could be damaging when/if he becomes GWB 2.0. Or if he loses they'll want to go moderate again.

At least with Trump everything can be put back onto Trump.

This "nuclear triad" stuff has to be one of the most disingenuous criticisms by the neocon / globalist bullshitter set. It's just a stupid buzzword. It conveys no special knowledge. Are you saying that Trump doesn't know the US has submarines armed with missiles? What's your fucking point?

He was just looking for something to criticize Trump on so he could appear unbiased.

Six in one and half a dozen in the other. At this point, I don't care so much who wins... Part of me wants to see the American people get their President Camacho and then hopefully society can get out of its reality TV/instant gratification mentality when the whole system hits the restart button. Ultimately, regardless to who is our next Commander in Chief (wow I just swallowed some baby vomit typing that and knowing who the options are) I just pray for a political dead lock on in Washington DC until 2020.

Cruz scares me slightly more than Trump. Out of all the candidates running, Cruz and Trump are the only ones I could possibly consider voting for. If Cruz wins the nomination, I feel certain Clinton will win, due to questions related to Cruz's eligibility to run. It will most certainly end up before the Supreme Court, but by that time the damage will have already been done.

Cruz is ok I guess. The thought of Trump in charge of the military and nukes bothers me.
