Two Colorado cops went above and beyond the call of duty after an 86-year-old great-grandmother was robbed while grocery shopping, police said.
Aurora Police Officers Craig Hess and Robert Little helped Julia Brecht get home safely after a thief snatched her purse from her shopping cart. They also finished Brecht's grocery shopping, canceled her credit cards and changed her locks at home because the crook also stole her house keys, police said in a statement...
....
The officers even used their own cash to buy new locks for the woman's home, police said.
