BANGOR, Maine (AP) -- Maine Gov. Paul LePage is among GOP delegates headed to the national convention in Cleveland.
LePage was selected as a delegate Saturday during caucuses at the state GOP convention, assuring that he'll be going to Cleveland in July.
LePage, who supports New York businessman Donald Trump, had angered some supporters of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz by floating a list of delegates that he'd vetted. Cruz won the Maine GOP presidential caucuses and some Cruz supporters wanted an all-Cruz slate that would've left out the governor.
