Contacting orphaned supporters - restarting Meetups in IA

This is divided into 3 sections:
1) Places we currently have a Meetup and orphaned supporters
2) Places we used to have a Meetup and have orphaned supporters
3) Places we didn't used to have a Meetup but now do and do not have any orphaned supporters.

This is a re-created Meetup that currently has 20 supporters. The second line is a link to where a list of 73 former supporters are / links to their pages that do not know about the Meetup.

We don't have a Meetup in Iowa City any more, but we've got a ton of (122) former supporters there. If we can get another Meetup to seed that group, or just contact them and encourage then to start up one again, mentioning the discount code, etc. we should be able to bring these Meetups back.

Has anyone contacted Iowa to determine if they have this info? perhaps they're doing a similar project and could use specific help in one area over another. Perhaps they've started, completed some areas but not others?
