The Detroit News political columnist is full of angst that the write-in is messing up her campaign.
Apparently the writer's voters are too stupid to remember a name and then write it in. Good for us.
But if voters come into the booth and all they remember is that Bentivolio is a goofball, as xxxxx informed them, but can't remember what they're supposed to do next, she's toast.
Add to xxxxx' challenge her inability to raise much additional campaign funds beyond the $200,000 she kicked in herself. Political experts predicted a successful write-in effort would cost more than $1 million.
