CNN's Rick Sanchez Fired for Making Comments About Jews/John Stewart

This isn't a free speech issue, the predominantly Jewish people who own the networks have every right to fire employees who point out who predominantly owns said networks.

That's why the mainstream media is losing massive credibility.

Tell me again why Chris Matthews and the rest of CNN aren't forced to resign?

I disagree!

The Networks operate in the public trust and are administered federally through the FCC. Whether or not you or I like this Federal oversight it IS THERE.

Our tax dollars go to pay for the infrastructure that lets CNN pipe their propaganda into our homes every night. As such they are held to a higher standard in their practises than a REAL private company.

Rich Sanchez has an anti-discrimination case just waiting for him. The SAME THING happens all the time with companies, a minority figures out that there's a lower ceiling for him than for the white employees, he points out the disparity and he's fired. Next thing you know they pay him 5million dollars.

IF you don't like the Federal reach of civil rights it's quite simple, don't take government money or act in a public trust and you can be as bigoted with your business as you want.

But you don't get to take the taxpayers money then turn around disenfranchise said taxpayers.

Ya, I actually agree with what you're sayin to an extent, we need to abolish the FCC and all that goes with it so we can enjoy a truly free media.. but if the govt. told the stations how they had to operate and what newscasters were and were not allowed to say even more than they do... I dunno if that's better..

did he think he could get away with it because he's a minority? or is he's really just that stupid. he always seemed to get his mouth in front of his brain on his show. guess it finally caught up.

He got fired for speaking the truth? I never liked him much, but you gotta give it to him for at least pointing out the obvious.
