Eh, he's just being honest about never coming across it in his state. But I think it is being ramped up now. And he said it is un-Constitutional, just as far as he was concerned it didn't exist.

Agenda 21 is one of my big issues, but I am not mad at Gary.

Well, I hadn't seen this, but I've seen a bunch of little things that made me feel he was an internationalist, or at least didn't care about it and went where the path was smoother on that point. He spoke in favor of NAFTA, as well. It is one of the reasons I can't get behind him.
