'CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT' to be filed by AMERICANS Against CONGRESS for BOGUS BAILOUT?

Just wondering on an Idea if a CLASS ACTION Lawsuit form Americans across the country and globe against the Conspiring, Colluding, Corrupt U.S. COngress?

There has to be 10's of MILLIONS AMERICANS against this BAILOUT and it's Blatantly Obvious the politicians in Washington DC, DO NOT represent the people anymore.

I'm sure there's a SLEW of LAWSUIT REASONS Americans can take this right back at the Corporate Pandering Bank Whores of CONGRESS.


WE CAN DO THIS! WE can no longer stand around and being DICTATED what will be done IN OUR COUNTRY!

So as Ralph Nader has stated previously... Our Court system in America has nothing but Politicians that sit on all these benches!

Just like the 2 pandering corrupt colluding politicals parties... Americans have NO JUSTICE with the same political system in the Judicial Branches/Circuits.

the lawyer i spoke with also said that he very much doubts that the bill will pass the house, seeing as how all of THEM are up for reelection compared to only 1/3 of senators.

I know it is a total stretch (and probably only wishful thinking on my part) but why couldn't a class action be filed against the CEOs who drove these banks into the ground. Not against the bank but against the individuals themselves since THEY personally profited from it.

There are a host of discrimination suits that could be brought to bear, however.

By renters and single people, for starters.

What about by Labor, en masse? Surely Labor is being slighted the protection and assistance that is being drummed up for Big Business in the name of Small Business.

In addition, I cannot imagine the Supreme Court simply refusing to hear the plea of millions, made before billions.

It seems obvious that BOTH candidates will be bad for the country, differently. It is LUNACY to agree to four more years of gross mismanagement just to stay on the right side of a labyrinth of rules that serve the Congress that made the rules.

That Judge from the U.S. District Court in Albany that threw out the suit, I'm sure will be "TAKEN CARE OF" by BUSH, PELOSI, REID, the U.S. TREASURY, and the FEDERAL RESERVE.
