I dont know if this has been posted here, but the Chinesse are starting to use their currency to trade wiht other countries (Russia included) and are trying to position it as a international reserve.
They realeased the news during christmas so it did not affect the dollar too much, but it is happening right now. For what I know, this is the biggest thread on the dollar.
