Cheapest place to get small amounts of metals?

provident metals looks to be the cheapest i can find (through cash discount) but it could take over 3 weeks for delivery if paid by check. I only purchase <500 at a time mostly but I know buying 'bulk' often helps lower premiums. So whats the cheapest place you know of for smaller buys?

Concur with the lcs recomendation. If that doesn't work, there are usually other precious metals investors in the area that at times need to sell some of their inventory at more than a fair price.
