Bentivolio took 66 percent of the vote to Cassis' 34 percent in the August primary, but she said she likes her chances this time.

"I think my name is solid, and I have a fine reputation as a state legislator, and this time my name is on the ballot," said Cassis, citing her 16 years in office.

For those in the current 11th Congressional District, the special primary election is tomorrow, Wednesday, September 5.

Polls will be open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Cassis can go fall off a cliff for all I'm concerned, what a self righteous you know what.

I finally get the opportunity to vote for Kerry as will many of my friends and family. Plus, I'll be manning a precinct for the better part of the day.

You guys should get 20 or 30 Bentvolio peeps to hang at her home district all day singing kumbaya or something equally annoying.
