Cashless Society - National ID Program in Africa run by Mastercard & 8 Banks begins

The biometric National ID card (hidden in the 800-page Immigration Reform bill) about which Ron Paul has issued an alert is probably only just the beginning. The government in Nigeria has already created a bureaucracy for a national ID program and has contracted with Mastercard and banks to create a cashless society -- this is very well documented.

Gives me chills up my spine.
