Breaking news: We have just received word that Kerry's Bentivolio's opponent, Syed Taj, will join Kerry at tomorrow (Thursday) evening's Doctors for Patient Care event at the Novi Public Library.

It is all the more important that we turn out to support Kerry at this major media event.

Taj is mobilizing his supporters as well, urging them to "bring their truth to the table"--whatever that means; presumably to be hostile.

We need to turn out our support for Kerry for this event. Your attendance will be valuable.

The event is tomorrow, Thursday, at 7pm, at the Novi Public Library on 10 Mile and Taft Road.

Doctors from around the district and Michigan have come together to endorse Kerry. They come from a wide array of specializations and from different cities, but all of them have endorsed Kerry, signing a detailed and elegant Statement of Support.

Both Kerry and his opponent will be in attendance, as well as the media, so it's important we turn out to support Kerry.

The event is free and open to the public, and the Novi Public Library is located on 10 Mile Road at Taft Road (1 mile east of Beck Road.)

Doctors for Patient Care will have a presentation on the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), followed by questions from the audience. The candidates will have an opportunity to answer questions as well.

Yeah, I was surprised when I got the e-mail from Taj's campaign announcing he'd be participating in this. Very odd. Especially considering he's not exactly a gifted public speaker. Kudos for the courage though.

Taj has some brass to actually show up to this thing. I think the media presence is driving that decision and they don't want Kerry's team of doctors to have as much time to spell out how bad Obamacare is/will be and consequentially, how bad Taj really is. The true Taj supporters are truth-blind moonbats and may try to start shit. This could be one for the books and I hope all who are available can show up in support of Kerry.
