Like the employees of ACORN before it [1, 2], employees of Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion mill in the country, have been caught on video giving advice to undercover sex traffickers seeking contraception and abortions for fictive underage prostitutes.

I saw that tape . It is likely edited . I will say this only , ZERO tax dollars should be going to planned parenthood !!
 
I could have sworn last time they came out with these tapes, it turned out the main one they used the ACORN lady was placating them so she could do an investigation or something.. I think the folks in the OP ended up losing a lot of credibility.

Hope this doesn't turn out the same way.

Do you have a news story about that?
Last time I checked ACORN was defunded by the Government and nearly went bankrupt.

Too bad those other fuckwits chose to be dishonest about their dealings with ACORN. People won't believe this, even if it's true.

Hah, well I won't say they weren't successful with their supposed "propaganda", which is a good thing in this case.. it just sucks that it took, well, supposedly dubious information to take them out.

I had heard a pretty convincing report back when this was all going on in September or October of 2009, I don't recall the report I heard, but this quote pretty much sums it up:

In at least six of those instances, either the activists did not clearly tell the ACORN employees that they were planning to engage in child prostitution; or the ACORN employees refused to help them or apparently deliberately misled them; or ACORN employees contacted the police following their visit.

Which sucks because I had been forwarding this story to quite a few people on the left and right, and the problem is I don't think they could prove either way, but this makes them look pretty bad.

Kludge is pushing the leftist spin so hardcore.

First things first, ACORN spokesman said Jerry Browns office guaranteed they would fault O'Keefe. In the end, they said they did nothing illegal, which is true under California law they did nothing illegal, but the only editting they had found in the videos was that O'Keefe and Giles were dressed in normal clothes unlike in the title sequence. BFD. Doesn't change the fact these ACORN people are disgusting and hypocritical... ACORN the socialists wads that support high taxes for people who create jobs, but have no problem teaching prostitution rings how to evade taxes? Nice.

In the end, what editing could of been done to change the context? She tells them to have them tested and make sure they keep quiet about what happened and the video is quite clear and the audio is very good, so show me how they edited it.

The Times’s version of events, FAIR said, was “wildly misleading.”

Honestly this is not really the point, it seems like focusing in the unimportant details.

¿Did the ACCORN employees help them or give them advise for child prostitution? Thats what matters. Are the tapes so edited that they give a bad impression or did the ACCORN employees really advise them for child prostitution activities?

If you check my post on the last page you'll see that the ones who "advised" them on child prostitution apparently either purposely gave them misleading information or they called the cops after they left.
 
Further, if it it's a unimportant issue, why did the producers of the operation lie about it?

Because they wanted to make it more commercial for tv. But its really not important. If the thing is real, it can be justified to expread some big problem with ACCORN. If the thing its not real its still the least of the problems in front of a blatant manipulation to make some people look like pedophiles supportesrs when they are not.
