Bush says:
And this concept about, well, maybe, you know, let's just kind of just leave them alone and maybe they'll be all right is naive. These people attacked us before we were in Iraq. They viciously attacked us before we were in Iraq, and they've been attacking ever since.

Quick observation:

The Iraqi people have been fighting against the western, christian, "white world" since 1919 with the British Mandate of Mesopotamia

We as a nation have been involved in Iraq since...

1968

... when we helped Saddam Hussein take control of Iraq.

We've been bombing them since 1991...

George W. Bush is either a LIAR, or an ILLITERATE MORON.

Either way... let him pick a fight with THE TRUTH, the messenger matters not. This is a fight he will loose. The fact that the messenger happens to be a Presidential candidate in need of greater exposure from the mainstream media, only increses Dr. Paul's chances of getting that much needed exposure.

I think I'm going to be sick...

I'm suprised that he could actually put those few sentences together. The man has proven himself a moron time and time again and this is just one more thing to add to the list. This is just more ammunition for Ron Paul, but it is probably not even worth mentioning for him, because everyone already knows that Bush in an idiot and he's not running against him. But this does show that America is not smart enough to pick out who is a moron unless it is spelled out for him, which means we have to print it out in a big black letters who doesn't know what they're talking about, starting with Guliani, Romney, and McCain. The best way to do this I think is compare them with Ron Paul, and the difference is like night and day. We have to start early, as in like now in order to have any chance. Lets start exposing the frauds and raise up the true hope for this country, RP.

What bums me out is the number of people who don't hear the lies. Even though I used to be one.

Bush is both. Look at what he said at the beginning of the press conference:

"And the fundamental question is, will we fight them? I've made the decision to do so. I believe that the best way to protect us in this war on terror is to fight them."

Never mind the constitution. Bush decided.

Bush and the rest of the republican party are ignorant.. no wonder his aproval rating is under 30%. They fail to mention that the situation in Iraq is much worse than when Saddam was in power. Over 60,000 Iraq civilians have been killed since the US invaded iraq.

EM.

At one point before start of Iraqi freedom, his approval was over 70%.

But history is showing it was Bush who was naive and worse. Costs of destabilization of mideast starting with Iraq, Libya,Syria will have a lasting impact on the whole world including US, Europe.

I just found this video from 2006, Bush says we had a freedom agenda to set up a new government in Iraq and Iraq had nothing to do with 911.He said it was already planned to go into Iraq because of this agenda.

YouTube - bush iraq had "nothing" to do with 9/11

While spreading Freedom and Hope in mideast may have been the main objective, there was also talk of "fight them over there so we don't have to figh them over here".

March 18, 2019
BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. – Among those killed in the New Zealand mosque shooting were members of a Circassian family who had just been relocated to New Zealand three months ago after fleeing the Syrian war.
The family's plight has become an instant focus for the tight-knit Circassian community in New Jersey.
At her Haledon home, Rouzana Muhajer was crying and scanning social media for news of the mosque shooting Friday when she got word that her childhood friend had been at one of the two mosques where the massacre unfolded.

He can say what he wants, but that also enables me the same Freedom to say that I think Bush is a backstabbing traitor who is flat out guilty of Sedition and High Crimes against the United States and its People.

While this is true Ron didn't do much to make sure he doesn't get backstabbed. That's why Bush probably used the term naive. I also decided not to mention the name of his campaign manager.
