Where is the best place online to buy silver coins. I am looking for circulated peace dollars.

I've found a new dealer, but am not sure of shipping charges and whatnot. They mine the silver themselves, too. They are a bit high over spot right now from the recent dip, but when silver was above 30 last week, they were selling rounds for 50 cents over spot. Just something for you buyers to keep an eye on... I won't be buying any physical anytime soon.

Try MidasResources.com. Ted Anderson owns it, and he also owns Genesis Communications and FreeTalkLive. Huge Ron Paul supporter and Rand Paul supporter. He's always got all sorts of all silver.

Ted Anderson doesn't own FTL. As far as I know, he owns Genesis which is one of the networks that FTL airs on. Same as Alex Jones and so on.

Ted does seem to be a good guy. Even his son is cool. However, I don't think Midas has the lowest prices.

Midas was decent when I bought from them. If you get 100 you get them a bit cheaper. The prices were the same as Ampex when I ordered.

If you are looking to buy just a small amount then I'd suggest ebay, otherwise apmex. I know a lot of people here are leery of the potential for fraud from ebay but that's why I suggest only using it for small amounts. Buying 5 oz of silver from ebay is going to be much cheaper premiums and shipping than 5 oz of silver from apmex.

Apmex is good, but Ive been doing fine with ebay. Took 100 war nickels and 25 dimes so far, with more on the way. Just check the feedback. Anyone with 100 feedbacks (not 100%, 100 feedbacks) is almost certainly safe to buy from. Altho, you should also probably check if those are buyer feedbacks or seller feedbacks. I have 5 feedbacks, but they are all buyer feedbacks. Im more trustworthy than a 0 guy and maybe a guy who sold 1 item, but not more than someone who sold 4 items.

And if youre buying junk silver (war nickels, 90% dimes), which is what Ive been buying, be sure to buy BELOW spot INCLUDING shipping. Thats about $1.50 for a war nickel, $2 for a dime, $5 for a quarter, and $10 on a half dollar. Its a great way to get silver very cheaply, especially compared to the bullion stuff. NEVER buy US Mint garbage or any government mint really. Its all overpriced crap, when you can do better with private mints and junk silver.

Junk silver is the best because its much smaller and far cheaper that small mint rounds (1g silver, 1/10 oz silver) and easily recognizable. So its easy to spend and encourage the use of silver as money (http://news.silverseek.com/SilverSeek/1293213212.php).
