It doesn't matter anymore if your county is full. They are taking anyone and are calling them "Chairman Delegates".

The remaining delegate spots will be done on a first come/first served basis.

All you do is fill out the form and mail it with $175 to:

Republican Party of Florida

Tallahassee, FL 32301

Hmm my brother lives in Florida and has a couple dozen close friends that might be interested in participating and voting for Ron Paul (I know my brother is a supporter himself).

Can they still register as republican voters if they are not yet to participate? And does the campaign pay for any of the participation costs?
 
I was told that yesterday was the last day they were taking applications. But if you want to go, try to call them and see if they will let you slide.

You had to be a Republican as of February 2011 to be able to vote. And NO, the campaign, as far as I know, is not actively paying for people to go. This was an on your own kind of event.
