Hi. Just watched Ron Paul's interview on 'Fox and friends' on 12-18-2007 Part 1 and this poor man NEEDS SLEEP! I know he must feel compelled to keep going because of all this amazing support from the grassroots, but he needs to be on his game or he will make major mistakes which will be jumped on by the vultures. Like his fascist comment... it should have been said differently and more softly. The poor guy can barely keep his eyes open here and looks much more frail than he is. He has a reputation for being 'spry' and 'athletic' and 'bouncing' and all these things help counter the '72 year old' corner that others try to put him in. But he needs sleep to be the Paul that he needs to be, THAT is more important than being on every interview or show or town hall meeting. Please take care of this man - we all need him.

That interview was at 5:15am Iowa time. I don't look that good at 5:15am.

Man do I ever agree with you. The morning of the Beck show he almost seemed to be losing his voice. Fortunately the only slip up I saw was when Glen introduced him from Des Moines and he said "I'm in Des Moines Glenn, Des Moines IA." Strangely, though, the talking heads are jumping all over that one.

Take a million little non-issues and non-sequitors, see which ones stick. This game is filthy, man I need a shower.

Keep in mind we don't know what he heard on his end. Someone probably asked him where he was.

he really looked sleepy indeed, I hope I am as energetic as RP at my 72th year (not even half that age now) :)
