Introduce Stop Agenda 21 Bill

Body:

Please introduce a Stop Agenda 21 bill in our state legislature.

Eight states introduced Stop Agenda 21 bills this year: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Tennessee.

Tennessee passed a non-binding, anti-Agenda 21 resolution in both houses in April, 2012.

Here is a link to the text of SB477, a binding, anti-Agenda 21 bill that was passed into law by the Alabama state legislature in May, 2012:

I recommend our state pass a Stop Agenda 21 law modeled after Alabama’s SB477 law.

According to Alabama’s SB477, its purpose is “to prohibit the State of Alabama and its political subdivisions from adopting and developing environmental and developmental policies that, without due process, would infringe or restrict the private property rights of the owner of the property.”

The United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992. This plan of “sustainable development” views the American way of life as destructive to the environment.
