Azerbaijan and Armenia are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding in Washington on Friday, committing to the pursuit of peace, according to regional sources familiar with the matter who spoke to Middle East Eye. The sources said that US President Donald Trump will host Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the White House for the signing ceremony.

Russia has only declined in power because their perception of power has been shattered and they are seen by the world as a paper tiger.

The myth that they are a hegemon force against any military that is connected by land has been shattered.

Russia used to be able to project power and money to decide who gets to rule and control territory that they had influence in but they failed in Ukraine.

The USA used to not be able to project power against any country that Russia had influence in but that's no longer the case.

It's no longer the case that Azerbaijan gets to genocide Armenia and the USA can't intervene because if they tried to intervene the Russians would stop them.

This has everything to do with the USA's military dominance in the world and not Russia uniting oil and water.

Armenia is Christian and Azerbaijan in Muslim. When you poll their population they hate each other. They arent uniting they are being forced to the peace table by a great power the United States.
