In the preamble to the US Constitution our founding fathers made it perfectly clear what the Constitution was and who it was enacted for.
The preamble to the US Constitution: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Secure the blessings of liberty to our selves and our posterity, posterity means all future generations.
Do ordain means bring it into existence. To institute or establish, to make an ordinance, to enact a Constitution of law. Blacks law dictionary 4th edition page 1246
establish: to settle of fix firmly; place on a permanent footing ; found; create; put beyond doubt or dispute; prove convince. Blacks law dictionary 4th edition page 643
Who was it intended for? United States of America, not you or I we can not be held to a Constitution that we did not sign. We are the beneficiary, all Judges and employees are the trustee and are bound to work in your behalf.
The peamble tells us the Constitution is a trust also known as a Cestui Que trust.
This is a binding document on Government. they promised in the constitution to establish a republican form of Government.
Republican Government:one in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and exercised by the people, either directly, or through representatives chosen by the people, in whom those powers are specially delegated Blacks law 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] edition 309; In re Duncan 139 US 449, 11 S.Ct. 573, 35 L. You are sovereign and can not be held to laws of man but only god, who ever your god maybe.
