Interesting points, but evangelicals are not the only group to blame. It's the 99+% of the US electorate that vote for the two-party system.
 
Well, he doesn't sound much like an advocate of theocracy here, does he? Even so, I think there's a reason Godwin's Law doesn't apply to campaigns. I pretty much agree with what he says, but I don't think it's good campaigning.

It was written 2 years ago, before Baldwin considered running for president.

Well since about 75% of Americans claim to be Christians, it seems like Chuck is addressing a very significant portion of the electorate. ;)

"Claims" to be Christian is quite different from evangelical, and Baldwin's article was specifically addressed to evangelicals, being that he's an evangelical himself.

Well I haven't finished it yet myself. I'm only about a quarter of the way through it. So far I like it. But then again I like Jim Marrs. ;)
