In a true Republic, delegates would vote their conscience?

Should Ron Paul supporters be talking to confirm delegates to State, and National Convention?

We should have a push after Super Tuesday to provide them with Ron Paul's reading list... Including books written by his advisor's. The packages should not, however, be attached to Ron Paul's name.

Then when "The Revolution: A Manifesto" is published, follow up by sending that..

I see Federal Republic.

*edit* I think its because people incorrectly think a Republic and Democracy are the same and use the terms interchangeably.
