Approval Voting vs. Plurality Voting

Many people haven't heard of the movement wanting to implement an "Approval Voting" system over the current "Plurality Voting." There is an active campaign on Indiegogo to create an educational video on the subject.

Approval voting just makes sense; No more election "spoilers," and no more choosing the lesser of two evils - simply, it's whomever gets the most votes, without implementing a deeply-flawed "popular vote" methodology.

I like the idea of saying "I only approve of these people" but I think it's insufficient for just applying to elections.

I say let any random volunteer take office then only stay there by approval. That's incentive to perform.
