App to stream video to server in case phone is seized or smashed?

Does anyone know of a good app that streams video to a cloud or server so that if someone grabbed your smart phone or smashed it you could still retrieve the video?

I was using Eye Got You Covered but with the newest OS update on my phone it does not work anymore, and it looks like the app is not supported or updated any longer. I don't even see it in the Google Play store...

I read on the forum that the ACLU has put out an app. if you trust them........

Last I checked their app had not been updated in a couple of years. But will look them up also....
