Alot of the more moderate democrats/democrat leading indys liked Reagan. Thats one of the reasons Reagan got as many votes as he did, and how he managed to get alot done.

I'm pretty sure that's what he's talking about, can't view the video to get the context where I'm at.

But he seems to forget, Reagan did it through 90% charisma, not 90% giving them what they wanted.
