Okay, Ill keep this short because I know you are busy, and so am I, but first let me tell you the good news before the bad.

I love you. We all love you. You cant even begin to imagine how much we all appreciate the work you are doing. We are out here doing everything we can to make you successful. Your success is our success.

Okay, now for the bad news.

I have been biting my tongue, about this subject, but after seeing the horrible new TV spot for healthcare, I have to get this off my chest.

Your media efforts SUCK. We have people in their basements and garages turning out better stuff. Jerome Black is turning out OUTSTANDING ads, and with a little money for studio time and actors, he can turn out video advertising, the likes of which the political world has NEVER seen. He isnt the only one.

We have youtubers in their basements turning out way better product than whoever you are hiring to do your graphics/voiceovers/and film.

please, Please, PLEASE, USE THE COMMUNITY! Find the right people for these jobs, quit giving them to people you know, and start giving them to people who can do it right.

Remember, tough love. Market discipline. Get the most qualified for the job, always.
