Any of you have an opinion on NEO vs ATOM (COSMOS)

I know this is sorta a goofy comparison. BTC maxis will say just do BTC, but I like to branch out in ALTS too. I didn't realize till recently that there is some mumbling of NEO being a scam, and I've heard a little about the potential of $ATOM. Curious if the folks here have an opinion on these two compared?

(( I currently have some $ in ada/ltc/btc/ont/zil )) - in no particular order. Not a lot. But any opinions?

I admit, I am not totally "in the know" about much of this, so looking for a little knowledge for those more informed than me. And yes, I do have some gold/silver, in hand, gonna get some more silver soon.

There are thousands of alts, it's hard to keep track! I haven't dug into enough of either one to say much of anything. NEO has been around a bit while ATOM is still new so not sure where it is going.

The question with ATOM is where does the post ICO drop stop? Is the recent climb from an actual bottom or has it yet to reach bottom?
