Another? Isn't that the first thing people think of?

Anyway, I see welfare as a tool of economic warfare against the people. This latest amnesty business has got to have the oligarchs chortling.

Who doesn't support a vast increase in the welfare State? As a side benefit, it will leave so many people unemployed that they will have to work for the government (often military or military related), and enable the warfare State too. It's a double win!
