lol someone created a website to let Americans apply to the market surveys for unlisted H1B-earmarked job openings that have already been given to a foreign applicant

If any US citizen applies to one of these, they legally can’t issue an H1B for it hahahahahahahahaha

They’re cracking under pressure.

• Instacart hit JobsNow with a copyright strike just for posting one of their visa ads.
• Lawyers are threatening citizens with fake claims that it’s illegal to apply.
• LinkedIn is full of attorneys begging companies to hire H-1Bs.
• Big firms like Walmart are already backing away after scandals.
• Job boards are locking down visa postings.

These aren’t signs of strength. They’re signs of desperation.

The whole system was not prepared for what we’ve done. They don’t have the resources to outwait us. If it looks bad for them now, watch what happens as we keep it up.

And if you’re an H-1B stuck in one of these organizations in a death spiral, the time to act and come forward is now. They will sacrifice you before you ever get the chance otherwise.

"That’s weird… America only created 1,494 jobs in August, yet employers asked the Department of Labor for 20,660 new H-1B workers to start that same month.

In reality, they’ve requested 176,699 new H-1B hires to begin between August and December. Looks like those jobs weren’t meant for Americans.

Just a few examples of employers who told the Department of Labor they needed NEW (NOT Continued..NEW! Foreign workers) for jobs they have available:
