So I got into this discuss with a Hucklebee campaigner today. Also the speaker for Hucklebee brought it up which got a lot of applause from the audience.
It struck me as "weird" and I couldn't place my finger on it right away, but after all the applause it occurred to me what the problem was.
Hucklebee, as President, is the only person in the US that CAN'T propose a constitutional amendment. Thankfully, this Hucklite, agreed that it should be left up to the states.
Just food for thought when dealing w/ Huckster's clan..
