A spokesperson for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) announced Amazon was hit with an official complaint on Wednesday over its alleged refusal to bargain with a New York workers’ union.
The spokesperson for the labor relations board said the NLRB general counsel, which functions as a sort of prosecutor, would seek potential remedies from Amazon, such as ordering Amazon to bargain with the worker’s union at its JFK8 facility in Staten Island, which filed the complaint.
