Obviously Southeast Asia somewhere.
With a little tweaking and some up to date hydro equipment you could make some usable power.
And all I could keep thinking was: how fast federal, state and local "authorities" would land on top of you like a pig pile, if you tried a project like that in the land of the free...or at least if you broadcast it to the internet.
