So most of the debate on the Trump "narco-terrorism" drone strikes have gone off of the assumption that the people being killed were most like drug runners even though that might be fishermen. Yes Rand Paul has pointed out that 1 in 4 ships interdicted prior to the "kill them all" order turned out ot be innocent, but this is the first case, that I know of, that a drone victim was actually identified with a specific claim that he had nothing to do with the drug trade. We shall see what happens.

A similar statement would be if 1 in 4 of these boats are Hitlers then Trump is doing gods work.
