"Another person said she could not recall a time when there were so many people who wanted to be delegates and that they even had alternates. While one person complained that they [Paul Supporters] hijacked the conventions, the best response I heard was, “Well where were our people, we cannot fault them for organizing and showing up.”

Love it. Just think how massive we will be four years from now!

bump, shared sentiments from a supporter in Alaska who is also running for office there.
That's something we need to stay on top of, making sure we know who our people are in each area so that the networking and foundations we've built can continue to serve in upcoming elections as well as this one :)

Great answer from someone who has awesome common sense. Instead of attacking others for being passionate about the political practice. I know some (maybe a lot) will disagree with me here, but I actually really like the idea of caucuses not just because it helps Ron Paul, but I think it helps the apathy fade away that has haunted America for too long. Just seems a lot more federalist to me too due to the way the delegate systems are set up. Whether they want to be Social Conservatives, Libertarians, Liberals, Communists, etc. I think this really helps people actually get involved in the process and get informed about their cause, instead of just leisurely going to the polls to vote without really paying attention to what is going on.

In Christ,
Nicholas
