Adding PTSD as a reason for medical cannabis passed the NH House 302-46

The NH House passed HB 160 with a 302-46 vote. HB 160 adds PTSD to the list of qualifying conditions for prescribing medical cannabis.

It was sponsored by Rep. Schleien. He endorsed Rand Paul.

1 Use of Cannabis for Therapeutic Purposes; Definitions. Amend RSA 126-X:1, IX(a)(1) to read as follows:

(1) Cancer, glaucoma, positive status for human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, hepatitis C currently receiving antiviral treatment, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, chronic pancreatitis, spinal cord injury or disease, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, lupus, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, ulcerative colitis, post-traumatic stress disorder, or one or more injuries that significantly interferes with daily activities as documented by the patient's provider; and

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

After the Keene State College students rioted (not sure if I'd call it a riot but that's what they were changed with), the Keene Pumpkin Festival was ended. It was replaced with 3 separate events around the state. So if your prediction happens, could be an interesting place
