Action Alert: FCC to Vote on Net Neutrality Thursday

It's a shame she is married.... to someone else ;):p:cool:

ok...

anyways... this is interesting and a bit frightening just because he specifically said he was against Net Neutrality and that it would not come up as an issue..

of course this along with every other promise proves that he spews doublespeak every time he opens his mouth.

if this actually goes through I will actually laugh.. but shit.. not good at all!

But seriously now the question to ask is this...

Where does the FCC get the authority to regulate communication?

I don't see anywhere in the Constitution the power granted to the federal government by the States to regulate communication.

There isn't any... The constitution has been ignored since day 1, almost. Even Jefferson, one of my heros violated it when he assumed power.

What is it that Ron Paul says about Power, and what it does absolutely? :)
