5 Times Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano Said Trump Committed a Crime — And Was Wrong

Maybe Trump and his people did not want to nominate a gay Supreme Court judge for political reasons and maybe it got back to the Judge who is bitter over it?

Judge Andrew Napolitano unfortunately is not a trustworthy source when it comes to legal matters anymore. He clearly is working an agenda, rather than educating the public on matters of law.
 
Honestly... Napolitano has destroyed all his credibility. His comments about this Ukraine conversation put the last nails in that coffin.
 
To be fair, Napolitano said IF Trump did it to help his campaign, then he would be guilty of a crime. In that instance the judge would be correct.

The only way to prove that is if there is evidence showing Trump campaign staffers or plans to use this to take down Biden. Or if Trump said that himself.

All Trump has to say is that he is investigating corruption and that would be well under his duties as POTUS.

But why didn't Napolitano say that? Why did he keep inferring that this, that and the other would be crimes? Definitely biased but still love the judge.

I'm more convinced hes being blackmailed. I can't see Trump nominating him whens hes nearly 70 years of age. He'd only be on the SC for about 10-15 years. Not enough time to make a good impression imo. Trump should be focusing on people that are like Napolitano but 30 years younger.

The Republican party is dominated by devout Christians, there would be an open revolt within the party if he nominated an openly gay Judge.

Good points. It isn't even accurate to say that Biden is a campaign opponent for Trump because Biden running a race to win his party's nomination. The opponents right now for Biden are Warren and Sanders, not Trump. The first Democrat primary elections don't even take place until February of 2020. The Democratic National Convention takes place in July 2020.

The president of the U.S. asking other world leader for help in catching criminals is not a crime. Napolitano is full of crap.

While there is no direct evidence that Napolitano is gay, there is lots of evidence that Trump is an obese, lying, degenerate responsible for multiple broken homes who has cheated on his spouses and has no loyalty to anyone. Didn’t stop the base from loving him.

If he is gay... he has more than likely had a may-December relationship. and that is what the FBI found on him.

Let's just say, I have seen it happen enough times to know it is just a thing in gay culture.

I do not believe he or any gay person should be discriminated against or called out for it. It is their business. However such a moral defect has no place in the Supreme Court, political positions or elevated as normal to the level it is now in our society.

Same as people born with a predisposition to alcoholism or drug addiction. There is a reason we do not put that behavior on pedestal to be taught to children or have parades celebrating it with their own flags.
 
i do think Donald John Trump has done things much worse than having $15,ooo.oo worth of unpaid parking tickets.
i think he is dishonest. i think he has a slew of scandals over the years. i do think thah judge is 100% correct on this.

The link says absolutely nothing about the judge being gay.
 
Openly gay? really? Did a google search and I cannot find any evidence that this man is openly gay. Not that it makes a difference but I would give rep to anyone who posts evidence of this open secret on the forum
