Interesting to see how little Perry got in Q4 compared to his initial surge (from a few weeks) in Q3. Overall, his campaign received $20m total, and that probably won't change with 2012 Q1 numbers.
 
Hey Perry, how about you take that $3.7M you have left and pay your damned $800K security detail bill footed by us taxpayers in Texas.

I understand that going in debt by borrowing to make a bigger showing is sometimes necessary but Our candidate is so much better at the game than the rest seem.

Yeah, I was wondering how quickly it would fall off. He practically fell off a cliff!
 
What happens to any money left over when they drop out?
The campaign committee still exists, but Perry stayed in the race for some of January, so they probably continued until they ran out of money.
