Help us reach it, spread the word.

We have all day left to promote this one!

Yeah it would but I think we can do it !!

We must get a smooth 20 mil by the end of today !!!

It will NOT take a miracle!

We can make this happen! On Dec. 16th we had tens of thousands of first time contributors who are no where close to being maxed out. If even one quarter of them would make an additional donation we could raise more than a million dollars!

We can do it. I was going to donate $200 today. I will bump it to $300. Everyone did deep and get us to 20M. We can do it.

If anyone is waiting until the last hour or two before midnight tonight to donate, don't. The max rate we could sustain on December 16th was about $300K per hour. Let's cross the $20M line as early as we can.

I pledged to donate $100 today. Then I thought I should kick it to 200. This morning I decided ot go to 300. However, when I thought about it more, I want to see us get to 20M. So I went to $500.

Thank you for your generous donation of $500.00!

Contribution received!
Thank you very much for your donation to the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign.

Your donation will allow us to expand and grow our campaign.

We depend on donors like you to help us spread the message of freedom, peace and prosperity through Ron Paul’s candidacy.

You will receive an email shortly with a confirmation number.

I am almost maxed out. But I intend to support the money bombs in January as best I can. Everyone should go all in!

I had low expectations for this money bomb. It was hardly promoted and there wasn't the swirl of Youtube videos leading up to the event. I think for what it's worth, ending the day with a few hundred thousand more in the bank is hardly something to be disappointed with. After the offline donations are added in, we might be over $19.5 MM, which will certainly lead some to describe it as "nearly $20 MM." Also, we've learned that there seems to be a diminishing return on the media's perception of newsworthiness of towering fundraising figures, once you hit certain levels. I doubt that reaching $20 MM would "change everything." Everyone's pretty much in agreement that Paul kicked ass this quarter.

I am still wondering if there are a lot of people waiting till almost midnight before they 'try' to donate. Seems logical to me.
