haha the customers are usually wrong

because they feel entitled to stuff because they don't read the fine print when demanding that something is false advertisement or they make failed purchases thinking that they have a right to force a return of a product they purchased.

years of customer service and custom sales has taught me that the "customers always right" motto hurts employees ,gets them fired for the purpose of bringing in dishonest customers who take advantage of the entitlement "customer is always right" brings with it lol.
