The difference between a Ron Paul supporter and everyone else is that a Ron Paul supporter is primarily concerned with eliminating the debt and everyone else wants to expand breads and circuses.

If they turn away anyone it would be a straw poll, and not part of the GOP Caucus. Any registered republican is allowed to vote. If they turn any registered republican away they are a straw poll only.
